We want everyone to be able to use this site and reach our team. Here is the standard we work toward and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
Last updated: May 2026Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox. As we add and update pages, we review them for clear structure, readable text, and full keyboard and screen-reader support — and we fix issues as we find them or as you report them.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory, and cognitive differences.
Some older content or third-party components (such as embedded maps or verification widgets) may not yet fully meet our target. We are working to address these, and if any one of them blocks you from completing a task, please tell us — we will help you directly and prioritize a fix.
If you run into an accessibility barrier on this site, we want to know. Reach our local Fountain Valley team and we'll respond and, where needed, provide the information or service through another channel:
If any part of this site is hard to use, call and a local specialist will help you directly — no menus, no runaround.
